paid but plan is not renewed

I paid for my plan and got a confirmation email but on the app it's written that I need to renew my plan.

Okay @Leander_1638337, does your online SMARTY account show the same information (using a web browser) online at https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard?

The main point is....do you have service on your phone? If it's working, then no need to worry.

Also, have you singed out of the app and then back in again - this may update the info.
