PAC problem

My partner is also joining Smarty but when he’s entered his PAC code and number he wants to transfer it comes up [Object Object] when he presses submit. And nothing else happens.

Same!  Not working on the web browser via account either

It sounds like the SMARTY website might be 'broken' @ChrisFo_1922294.
You should also be able to submit a PAC using the online web chat at https://smarty.co.uk/contact.
The support team are available 8am - 8pm on weekdays and weekends to assist.
