Overcharging

I should be paying £9 a months but am being charged £18. My online account only shows the £9 charge but my bank shows £18. How can I contact Smarty to sort it out. The chat function wasn't very helpful.

@NBradle_1468314  Have you looked at your Account Dashboard to look at your payment history?- This should show what you have purchased

What plan are you buying for £9, because they do not currently list any at that price?

You get in touch with Smarty Support via web chat but you do need some evidence of the overcharge first if you want them to take action.

Any chance that you have two SIM cards activated? They normally send an email each month upon renewal - are you just getting the one email for the renewal of your expected plan?

 

Hi. Thanks. The £9 is because it used to be £10 but got a £1 discount during the last black friday sale. 

I checked the account and it just mentions a payment of £9. I have evidence of the £18 payment from my bank. I'll try the webchat to see if there is another SIM I don't know anything about, thanks.
