Recently, I noticed that my OTP verification codes are no longer received on my Smarty number. This used to work well for ages and now suddenly stopped. I wonder if this is related to a recent change of plan where I get an extra GB for the same monthly price but seems bizarre. Please troubleshoot this, reset my SIM or whatever is needed to make this work as I'm unable to access vital services as a result of this disruption. Escalate if necessary. I tried all reasonable steps, restarting phone, trying SIM card in a different device, checked APN settings and everything looks like it should be.

@Hunor-Ch_724571 Unfortunately, we cannot troubleshoot the issue or reset your sim.
