Hi, hope you’re well

i ordered my sim on Monday of 100gb data. Amount was deducted from my account but i didn’t receive yet. How long do you have to finish this delivery?

You sim should arrive by the end of this week, any issues at Royal Mail, whom Smarty use to deliver SIM cards, not withstanding.

Whilst you do pay in advance for your first month, it wont start until the day on which you activate your SIM, so you are not losing any days from your first months plan.

Make sure you activate your SIM card when you receive it, full instructions will be in the SIM Pack.
