Hi i bought a sim yesterday but it's made me buy data and sending me a sim but I already bought one so don't need another, i,just need to activate the one I bought but there's no option for that???

If you bought the SIM from a store/supermarket you need to enter the SIM ICCID into the SMARTY website to choose a plan and activate the SIM!
If you ordered a SIM online and the SIM was delivered to your home address, you do not need to make any other payments, you should just be able to enter the SIM into your device and activate it.
Please clarify if your SIM was delivered or purchased from a store so I can assist with your enquiry!

I bought it from a shop, but there is definitely no option to add it to the account I created yesterday

When I bought it (from a shop) it said on it to go online.... then it said make an account,so I did. There wasn't anything to add mobile number just nuy credit, the question do you want to use your existing sim or sent one and if i use my sim I need to contact my provider for a pac code (yet it was an unregistered Smarty sim ??? The options made no sense
