Hi Ive just added a new Sim to my group plan but am unable to transfer my wifes old number to the new sim which she has received. Tried going through the main account settings but am only able to acces full menu from the plan owner and it my wifes number . Getting very frustrated. ( her SIM is active ) . Just need to transfer her number over . Thanks .

Community members cannot access SMARTY customer accounts, which is what's required here to see what's happening with your group plan members and PAC submission.

@Bucc12 I think that your wife will need to sign in to her account first and then make the request by giving the number to be transferred and the pac code.
