I transferred to smarty a week aga and send my PAC number on same day when applying for the sim, it is over a week and still waiting for the transfer, I had a chat and was told there was no indication that my transfer was completed that was a lie as I checked the account and it says in progress, checked again it says will be completed on the 25th. In the FAQ, it says 24h, don’t know how to believe , this is disappointing, with other providers the number is transferred after 24 hrs.

Hi mate, same here, what a nightmare this company is.I requested my number port for 24/06/2025 but today is almost 01/07/2025 and mumber is still not ported. Live chat keep lying because one day i chat and they say they didn't get complete files from Lebara and then next day they say its because of the issues at SMARTY, then tye following day they revert back to saying its because Lebara didn't send them files, even though i sent them screenshots where Lebara has confirmed date and time it was ported out. THE MOST UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! AND THE WORSE THING IS THAT MY NUMBER STOPPED WORKING SINCE 24TH JUNE and its been a nightmare for me for more than a week now.

@ChafikZ_3435507 It should take place by close of business on next working day if ordered before 5.30pm with any provider (no transfers over weekends)
Ask via web chat or else raise as a Complaint.

Well , they did not transfer my number and I am still waiting. I will wait for another day then cancel the order

@ChafikZ_3435507 I'm assuming that you have already checked your Account Dashboard to see that it does not have your transferred number showing.
There's nothing else that we Forum members can do because we cannot access your details - you need to web chat with Smarty Support.
