Do I have a chance to use my SIM until the number transfer is completed?

@Yakupjeo Once your sim has been activated you can use it. The only problem some people have is that, when you make a call, it will show up as the allocated number rather than the number you normally use.

@Yakupjeo You are not writing direct to Smarty. We are Community Forum members - customers like you. If you need to speak to smarty, then you can web chat with Smarty Support.
When you activated the sim, it probably came with a random number. Your PAC code should ensure that your number is transferred from your old network - you should be given a date for the transfer. The number will show in your Account Dashboard and you should receive an email when the transfer is complete. Transfers do not take place over the weekends.
