Hi I am new to Smarty and keeping my old number, this has now been sorted and transferred over. I have a message from my phone telling me number isn’t registered to my phone. It’s the same for my daughter as well. What does this mean?

Try manually setting the network to smarty in settings
You could also reset your network settings
I take it your not able to make or receive calls or texts or use data
