I recently switched my SIM from Lebara to Smarty. My phone is mostly at home, where I have good coverage and a strong 4G signal. However, Iโve been receiving complaints from people saying that my number is not reachable. I even missed a GP telephone appointment, and the doctor noted that I was unreachable.
When this issue occurs, I usually switch to flight mode and then back, which seems to fix the problem temporarily. Iโm using an iPhone, but Iโve also tried another phone, and the issue persists. Could someone advise me on what might be causing this? Is this a common issue with Smarty?

Hi, I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro Max with 4G support. Often, when someone calls me, they donโt hear the ringtoneโit just shows as dialing and then disconnects.

@shamran_2893960 You may be better off reporting this via a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can investigate.
May also be worth asking for a replacement sim as you say it happens with the sim in more than one phone.

When you say your number is not reachable, what exactly does the caller hear? Also, which iPhone is it?
