Switching Smarty tarrif

Apologies in that I suspect this has been asked before, but I am a brand new customer per a deal I saw last week. However there is a new smarty deal this week which I see on Facebook but not in my Smarty app. I presume it is only open to new customers. Is that likely right or can I move to the latest deal? The deal I have is 32GB for £7, but the latest deal is 80GB date for £10 per month. Thanks.

@GuyLava_3298766  That 80Gb for £10 is showing on the smarty website as a current deal. This means that you should be able to choose it when your current plan runs out - if it's still available. Alternatively, you can web chat with Smarty Support and I do believe that they will be able to line up that plan on your account as your next one.

Even if you see an offer for 'new customers' they will normally offer it to existing customers who ask for it.
