one particular number goes to voicemail
hi recently when my son phones me his call immdiately goes to my smarty voice mail but this does not happens when my wife phones me Ive check quite a few of the settings unable to see any thing which is out of the ordinary?
Im sorry but I couldnt get a definitive answer to my problem off support wether it was a issue on my phone I cannot see it was at smartys end,so I decided to stop voice mail on my phone for a time ,I can always rejoin at any time

thankyou for your help on this question, I did contact support and they helped me to resolve it
briang_3060404 Glad to have helped, perhaps you should say what you did to fix it, so others who have the same issue can find this thread and fix it. And then you can mark your post as the solution, so it is immediately viewable without needing to scroll down.
briang_3060404 Check that you haven't accidentally blocked your son. Also, check whether you have some sort of selective call forwarding that sends your son's calls to SMARTY's voicemail number.
Other than that, see if support can help you out with any phone settings, and also check if there is an issue on their end.
