I’m stuck, my phone won’t work properly, my plan has been suspended I’m still paying my bill can get started. Very frustrating please help

@AlanRob_3129958 If your plan has been suspended, then you need a web chat with Smarty Support to find out why.

For clarity, is it that the phone is not working at all because if your plan has been suspended, it won't work.

Hello. My plan has plenty of texts however, there are several of my contacts that my phone now won't send texts to. This is the second time this has happened.  My other contacts get the texts.  Why is this happening? This is not related to a business

@AlanRob_3129958 I'm wondering if the system sees bulk texts as potential business use.

Your plan actually has unlimited texts and calls, so that is not the issue. I note that you first had the issue back in April, so presumably it was all sorted?

If you could resolve this again for me it would be most helpful. How can we prevent this from reoccurring please

@AlanRob_3129958 I cannot resolve anything for you because I do not work for Smarty.

I guess that the way to stop it recurring is to not send bulk texts i..e. keep it to a couple of people at a time.
