Hi,

I have moved to Smarty a week ago. Everything has been smooth other than I am not receiving texts from my son's number. It is the only number that this is happening for. Any ideas?

@KateWal_2887000  We have seen this before on the forum.

First suggestion would be for him to delete you from his Contacts and then put you back in as a fresh entry.

All sorted. A quick off and on fixed the problem.
