Nord2 5G WiFi calling not working.

My wife has the OnePlus Nord2 5G and the WiFi calling won't work on SMARTY even though the phone has the capability.

I have the OnePlus 11 5G and WiFi calling works fine.

I have been through all the troubleshooting fixes but still no joy.

Any ideas for a fix welcome.

One of the pitfalls of android is the many variations of firmware. Was the device supplied by a specific network other than SMARTY or was it purchased via a retail outlet? Is it a gray import?

It was purchased direct from OnePlus and unlocked.

Please ensure that the APN setting are correct for SMARTY, here is a guide for joining the SMARTY network below;

Switching off the device and removing the SIM for 2-3 minutes, then re-inserting and powering on can also help.
