My number has been ported but signal is not working, please can you help

@HelenDa_2418006 Have you looked at Network Status checker for your area?

Does your ported number show in your account dashboard? If not, then it is not yet ported.

@HelenDa_2418006 Also... you may need to turn your phone off, leave it for a few minutes, and then turn on again to force the sim to register to network (hopefully with correct number).
