Obviously SMARTY runs on Three 3️⃣, internet is excellent, probably best within all other carriers, however why not install one transmitter at hospitals and install HSPDA/LTE repeaters inside the building?
SMARTY or Three 3️⃣ management might say: “it’s not our priority”, however who’s this priority is? Waterfone (Voda on many languages means Water) managed install their transmitters on some underground, even Bakerloo, but Three seems not bothered about LTE signals for voice (GSM like connection) but more focused on internet.
Wi-Fi is not an alternative in many hospitals as it’s opened networks/unsecured.
