First sim showed no sim in phone. Tried everything.Smarty sent another, which shows, no service. Really stressed. Can anyone help please?

First check - look at account dashboard to see if it shows your mobile number and an active Smarty plan.
Second check - perform a Network Status check to see if any local mast issue.
Third check - see if same problem in different areas e.g. outside, some distance away from home.
Fourthly - if all else fails, web chat with Smarty Support team for them to check your a/c
