No data or internet when I am outside anywhere
when I return home logging onto my Sky home internet connection, so why am I pay Smarty who are not providing any data.?

Are you certain that Mobile Data is turned on in your phone settings?

morning I have fixed issue by going on YouTube & checked settings. The fault was I had roaming switched off so when I was out and about it did not have option to use data.
seems to be working now. Thanks

@mohammed_824112 Hence my suggestion of yesterday afternoon!
Glad it is now sorted though. Just think how long you would have waited in a call queue to get that answer!(if smarty did offer phone service)

Yes mobile date is set on, the problem is when I am outside anywhere I have no internet as no mobile data connection, at home I use sky and it automatically gets that connection. I pay Smarty to provide me data - internet connections on my mobile which I never get a chance to use. Smarty do not have any simple way of speaking to someone.?

@mohammed_824112 So, have you completed a Coverage and also a Network Status check for your postcode?
Smarty do not have a telephone service - that is one reason that they can keep prices down.
