I am abroad in the EU. I followed the steps to change the settings in APN and MMS to mob.asn.net as indicated in your website. But still I have no network connection in Spain. I turned the phone on and off but still not working. What can I do?

Sadly, we cannot guarantee 100% coverage in the UK or abroad. As per our T&Cs:
Responsible use โ How you use SMARTY Services outside the UK
5.17 If you use SMARTY Services from a country outside the UK:
(c) You will be roaming on another operatorโs network so:
(i) you may not receive the same level of coverage and speed as youโre used to on the SMARTY network. We have no liability if you are not able to access Services abroad, or if the quality of any other operatorโs network services differs from those provided on the SMARTY network and;
(ii) we accept no responsibility for information processing when it leaves our control.
You can try manually changing what network you connect with in your device settings, this can help.
There are a number of reasons why someone might have network issues, but unfortunately, when youโre abroad, weโre unable to look into it further.
It's worth noting that some areas may have better coverage than others, and the size and layout of buildings can really affect service quality; indoor coverage can vary, too.
If you really struggle, you may need to purchase a local SIM.

@SofiaAr_3094815 Most importantly, the APN should be set to mob.asm.net and not as you have stated.
Could that be the reason?
Also, are you able to make any calls? Is it possible that you simply do not have any decent mobile signal where you are?
Try putting the phone onto manual network instead of automatic; you should see a few available networks, if there are any (worth noting that Movistar is popular in Spain)
