Unlimited broadband?

I’ve just joined smarty and took out the unlimited broadband  plan at £20. It is now saying 2 weeks in that I’ve used my data 39gb. How can this be if it’s meant to be an unlimited plan?

@DeniseC_3224043 Just a heads up - it is unlimited mobile data and not broadband. It may not be as reliable as true broadband and that is why Smarty say that you should not rely on it as a replacement.

I agree with @SmartyTrousers  in that it ismost likely telling you what you have used thus far.

@DeniseC_3224043 By the sound of it, it’s just telling you that you’ve used 39GB of data so far, which is totally fine, as you are allowed to use an unlimited amount. There is no issue.
