I have paid for my service before the deadline and now I’m getting emails saying my service is about to expire.. I have no access to 0800 numbers either is there something wrong with this service today?

Sounds like you don't have an active plan for your SMARTY SIM card, @Estelle_2247742.

@Estelle_2247742 As per my reply to your other post - 0800 numbers are included.
Check your account dashboard to see if you have an active plan. If the problem remains, do a Network Status check to look for potential mast issues locally and if there is no info there, start a web chat with Support Team.
