No access to 800 numbers?

@Estelle_2247742  Do you mean 0800 numbers? Page 10 of smarty Price Guide makes it clear that they are included in your Smarty Plan.

Are you perhaps confusing this with 1-800 numbers which are in the USA and therefore not included?

Hey @Estelle_2247742, I can call 0800 number using my SMARTY Mobile SIM card.  

Sound like a problem with your SMARTY plan.
