Newly Ported and can’t receive calls

I’m so annoyed. I was told my number has ported over to Smarty but I’m not able to receive calls or texts. I’m extremely frustrated because I’m expecting important calls from the hospital as I am currently under investigation with a health condition. Can I transfer to yet another provider???

@sushiewushie What date were you given for your transfer? It can be up to 5pm on that day.

I had this problem when I ported my number recently.
It happens in 2 stages, you can make calls but not re wive them or texts. Then when the porting has finished it works! Mine took about 3 hours in total.
