i have had my new sim in for 3 days and still no service. What do i have to do

I presume you have activated your SIM, and bought a plan ?
Is your phone network locked to another provider ?
Are you sure you have coverage on Three, Smarty's parent network, where you live, work, etc ?
Check your dashboard - To me it looks like you may not have activated your SIM, as when I joined Smarty on 2nd June, I had text messages and emails from Smarty telling me my SIM had been activated, etc

Did you pay for a Smarty plan? does the plan show as active on your dashboard when you log in?
