@JohnSedg_822761 Yes, you can transfer your number over at any time after you activate the SIM (IMO this is the best way to do to ensure there aren't any problems during transfer) .. you simply need to request a PAC code from your previous network - text the word 'PAC' to 65075* and you'll get a code that's valid for 30 days. You can pass this onto Smarty via your web dashboard (Account settings > Phone number), using the Smarty app or using the web chat option and it'll get transferred over the next day (or you can choose a later date).
You'll need to pass your PAC to Smarty within 30 days, or you'll have to go back and request a new one.
