New SIM poor 4G

Hi,

Ive been with 3 Network for years. I had no issue with connectivity/4G speeds etc but decided to move to Smarty as I preferred their contract but still using 3.

Anyway, I'm all set and finding my 4G download speed is very poor. It's around 3mbps whereas upload is 20 Mbps 

I did initially change my APN settings as per the advice on the website to Sony Xperia settings but then I had no connection at all. I've changed back now but I'm not impressed with the download speeds. When I was with 3 it was around 60mbps.

Help...is there a set up setting I need to change?

Have you had a chat with Support via web chat to see if they can throw any light on this issue?

I'm assuming that you have tried turning off and then turning back on again (not trying to patronise, but just checking)
