I want a new sim card...it doesn't matter what area I'm in it doesn't work...every where I go the phone won't let me speak to people on the phone as it breaks up...I takes 5minutes to load something on Google..it won't let me play anything on you tube...this has nothing to do with just my area it is happening where ever I am..I want a new sim card please bit I want to stay on the same number

@KerryCo_2447606  We are forum members and so cannot supply a sim.

You can report a sim as lost/stolen via your account dashboard and you will get a replacement sim with same number that you will need to activate according to specific instructions. Once you make the report, your account is suspended until you activate the replacement - security measures.

Before you do that, can you check the existing sim in another phone to ensure no phone issues?
