Hello I want a new sim card that actually works..what ever area I'm in the network and signal won't work. My phone breaks up when I'm speaking to someone..Google takes about 5 minutes to load and it wont let me watch you tube or anything else..I want to stay on the same number I'm on though

@KerryCo_2447606  Firstly, I suggest that you look at the Coverage Checker to see if a good signal is possible in your area . Next, look at Network Status Checker to see if ac local mast has any problem.

If you are in a poor signal area, then changing your sim will make no difference unfortunately .

If you do really think that there is a problem with your sim, you can get a replacement sim by reporting the sim as 'lost or stolen' via your account dashboard. The new one will have the same number, but your account will be suspended until you have activated the replacement by following the instructions supplied.
