I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem.
I'm new to Smarty and wanted to bring my old number over. My PAC code was sucessful. I received emails from the previous provider teling me my SIM was no longer active, as well as confirmation from Smarty that it was a success.
I did not put the SIM into my phone until after the number was ported over, so I have never had service at all.
After putting in the SIM, I have no service. Oddly, when I restart the phone, I have service for about a minute. Smarty shows as the operator in my settings. Then it disappears and I have no service again.
I cannot make calls or recieve texts. When I contact Smarty over chat, told me to turn it on and off again, and to reset network settings. This doesn't do anything. They said maybe it will work after midnight. I have my doubts.
I'm very concerned about not being able to be contacted and not being able to use 2FA. Please let me know if there's anything else I can try.
