@JOHNBLA_1983654  Did you read the reply on your earlier post? Let me refresh the situation:

You wrote:

If you are having problems, you will need to have a web chat with Smarty Support Team. I daresay that they will be able to take you through security and reset your account if necessary.

Before doing that, have you cleared the cache in your browser?
