Hi there can someone help me iv just cancelled my direct debit that I wasn't aware of I was paying for the last 7 months
Tried to activate sim but couldn't get it to work so I went back to my old provider I have only just realised I was being charged can someone contact me as I would like my money back thank ypu

Smarty don't allow you to pay by direct debit, so are you sure these payments actually have anything to do with Smarty?
If they are not direct debit payments but recurring card payments, and they are actually for Smarty, it sounds like you did indeed activate your SIM, you just didn't realise it. Didn't you get an email from Smarty each month confirming that your plan had renewed?
