Ive just changed my sim to smarty and i have no signal but when i put my old sim back in i have signal. Also my data doesn’t work and my wifi is slow when im using my smarty sim. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@Deborah_3449115 Once you have activated your sim, you need to check your account dashboard to see that it is showing there as active and that your smarty plan is also active.

You may need to do a Network Reset in your phone to get it to connect - sometimes airplane mode and then back on will be sufficient to try first.
