Long term user of Smarty but over last 6 months, network having more downtime, earlier this year virtually had no network for a week during the day, last week it started again 3 days no network, I live half a mile from a Three mast when i walk 100 meters closer, network checker says fixing an issue, when i complain to the bot in smarty app instead of a human it treats you like a newbie even after it gets your mobile number when it doesn't get a reply it recognizes it go back to the beginning. Smarty this week network checker said doing network upgrade, there has been no 3 day notice as it says in there help pages, i have had no network for 10 hours today, i rely on network as mot got broadband. about time three stop treating us a cash cows and provide a service.

Time for a change because strangely Vodafone has a better Ofcom rating for my postcode. Talk mobile £4 a month cheaper for unlimited.

I have been having similar problems with network but network checker said there is not a problem. I live in Hampshire and the signal is historically patchy but the last week or so has been particularly bad, even in more reliable areas. Trying to download something while travelling from Winchester to Oxford along the A34 last week took several miles to load a page, with less than 1 bar of signal. My foreign 3 sim had better reception. I rebooted the phone and switched to manual network check but no better. It is pointless trying the chatbot so I submitted a complaint - still waiting for a response (I might have had a phone call about it but the line was bad and the accent unintelligible, so I disconnected). What is going on with the network?
