Carn't make voice calls saying network busy really anoying anyone in west yorkshire having the same problem ?

Yes. Having the exact same problem. Also in West Yorkshire.
I've Googled it and one person suggested taking the SIM out and replacing. If that doesn't work, then do a factory reset.

@Minstrel @michael_2550702 Have you both done a Network Status check to see if there is a local mast problem?

@MSF - the problem is not a mast problem. We have 2 Smarty phones in our household. One works fine, the other doesn't and keeps saying "network busy"

@Minstrel Aha!! You didn't mention that at the outset - hence my question!
Have you removed the sim and given it a gentle clean? Also, do you get anything different if you put the other Smarty sim in this phone?

@MSF - SIM works fine in my phone but not in his phone. Still get the same message "network busy" on his phone

@Minstrel I recommend a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check your account (I assume that your account dashboard shows an active sim and current Smarty plan).
