My top up is not working

Hi my pay as you go account is topped up by my credit is not activated.  Please help

@TaraIah_1582073 Smarty don't offer Payas you Go - you will need to buy a Smarty plan which lasts for one month.

If you put credit onto your account, that is used for extra things such as international calls, non-EU Roaming etc.
