My SIM card is not converting to the previous number.

I got two new numbers from this company. Unfortunately, my numbers have not changed since December 25th.

Hi @FazilaH_3104168 - due to the christmas period and bank holidays etc it means there are limited porting days. This means if you submitted the PAC on 25/12/2024 the earliest possible port completion date will be 30/12/2024.

@FazilaH_3104168 I am assuming that you are saying that your number has not ported across from a previous supplier.

When you give your PAC code before 5pm, the change will quite often occur on the next business day. There haven't been a lot of those days lately. (Not 25, 26, 28 or 29 December). As @Tascha says, the earliest date would be by the end of 30 Dec.

Also, when you made the request, were you not given the first date at the time?
