Porting issue

I got a text saying my number had ported successfully, however it is still saying my number is my old number and I’ve tried restarting, turning iMessage off and on, adding my number to settings but it’s still not working. 
my ported number can receive texts but that’s it, any tips?

@Melissa_3098720  You can try a network reset to see if that helps.

Also, if they only just sent the text, it may pay to wait an hour or two.

If all is not well by tomorrow, you will need to web chat with Smarty Support team in case there is a part-port situation.
