App and dashboard inaccessible

I activated my sim yesterday, the sim has started working. However, i cant access the app or the website dashboard as it still shows activating your sim. I have tried everything logging in and out, deleting the app, contacting the support nothing has helped. They dont have a solution and just told me to wait but no tentative time for solution! Dont know what to do as i am stuck as i need my previous number for my work and bank!

Hi @Msk a technical issue was identified on Friday night that was affecting a small number of customers' dashboards but the team worked diligently to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
