0.1mb down yet 6.5mb up?

Just joined smarty and the seeds are completely unusable - what makes it odd though is the upload is way quicker than the down.

I’ve got it in a ZTE U10+ pro and it’s chronically slow. Put it in an iPhone  13 pro and it’s just as slow. Walked round outside for 100yds in all directions and it’s the same. Checked the apn is set as per spec.

Coverage checker has 4G excellent in and outdoor, network status shows no issues.

Is it really that bad? Any ideas?

@speedski I would guess that your local mast is congested, unfortunately.. the upload is performing ok because most people are downloading way more than they are uploading.

That’s possible indeed but the coverage and service checker should reflect that.

its a bit of a problem as you can’t even load a webpage in under 30 seconds right now. Its just not fair for purpose but all the ‘checks’ say it should be great…
