Can i connect my dash cam to my smarty network

The Smarty network or Three does not show up in my WiFi list so how can a connect my dash cam

@Michael_3121997 What is providing the WiFi, a wireless hotspot in your car? If so, you would need look for the name of that hotspot.. I wouldn't expect its name to have anything to do with which network's SIM card is in it.
