speedski I would guess that your local mast is congested, unfortunately.. the upload is performing ok because most people are downloading way more than they are uploading.
That’s possible indeed but the coverage and service checker should reflect that.
its a bit of a problem as you can’t even load a webpage in under 30 seconds right now. Its just not fair for purpose but all the ‘checks’ say it should be great…
