Hi, it has never happened to me in 3-4 years with smarty to renew another plan and after 2-3 days to receive messages that my plan has expired after I paid 17 pounds on 29-06-25 today 02-07-25 today so my plan has expired is it possible to lose it? I will file a complaint further

@IlieTrandafir7 Not really sure what you mean here because the £17 plan is 200Gb and not unlimited.
Look at your Account Dashboard and if things are not what you expect, contact Smarty Support via web chat.
