Hello.  We have a smarty card that words abroad in an iPhone.  The router in the van works with the EE card taken out of the iPhone.  The Smarty card in the router however does not work.  So in short we have tested every combination and it all works abroad apart from the Smarty card does not work in the router.  Any ideas please?

@JaneKem_1918344 You may need to change the settings on the router for mobile data. Maybe via the IP address?

Hello and thanks for the reply.  Your reply did help as I couldn’t make changes as I was trying to change the settings using my phone.  When I switched to a max I could access the router and make the changes.  Now … and after chatting with Smarty help … it’s working.  Relived!  Thanks for your support 👍
