I joined smarty a little after 8pm yesterday and I can't connect to my unlimited data and can only use a wireless connection and not the data I paid for.

@LanceBu_2497269 On your account dashboard, is your Smarty plan showing as active?
It may be worth turning the phone off and then on again to try and force the sim to register to the network.
I am also assuming that you have been allocated a number for the sim - should also show in the account dashboard.
