Hi all, my mobile data keeps going off over last two days. I have a dual sim phone, I only noticed when it automatically switched to the other network and started using giffgaff standard credit which is expensive. Why does smarty mobile data keep disconnecting? Its been super reliable until now. Cheers

@Sian Because there has been a service outage problem that they are working on.

My signal for my phone has been fine up until the last two days lost signal for about a hour then came back on and was fine until today it’s been off constantly all day then randomly comes back on with 1 bar for about 10 seconds then goes straight back off again. I have no data signal at all either which has just happened today it’s not been on all day can anyone please help and explain this checked the status checker and it says everything is fine so I don’t understand what is happening with it

@DerekSm_2843101 As we are not Smarty staff, it's a bit difficult to say if there is a problem in your area (even if the status checker says there isn't, there could be).
A web chat with Smarty Support may give clarity.
