Hi everyone..please help. My mobile data does not work! Just paid etc?

I put my mobile data on and it doesn't work. No Internet and I can't make calls. I've topped it up recently using £10 a month plan. Help!

@JamesDa_1021622 Does your account dashboard show your correct number and also an active Smarty plan? If it does, then you need to web chat with Smarty Support so that they can look at your account to sort it.
