Missing post

I created a new message here yesterday ("Renewing a plan on a specific date") but it hasn't appeared on the forum. I had a notification about being awarded a "Thread starter" badge and I can see the message under  "Subscriptions & Notifications" in my profile so I'm sure I got as far as submitting the message but there's no sign of it when I look at Forum Posts. Should I try to re-post it as a new message or is it likely just to be held up temporarily, perhaps awaiting moderatorial approval or something as it's my first post?

they delete unfavourable posts... they memory holed my 2 posts i made about this clownshow of a company who despise their customers ...

i cancelled my account after a hour of htem playing stupid in the indian call centre pretending they didnt understand that i wanted to delete my account i lost £16 by doing it but its was the best money i have spent i am so glad i am away form this sh*tty company and the worse call centre staff.
