How the **bleep** hell do I leave smarty and get s PAC code?

Being polite, try the following:
Text 'PAC' to 65075 from your Smarty handset. You'll get your code via SMS, and you're free to take it to another network
i tried this but keeps saying doesnt conform so i casnt seem to leave or get a pac code
Then it sounds like you're either not providing your date of birth in the correct format, or you've accidentally set up your account with the wrong date of birth. If the latter, you're better off just logging into your Smarty account on the website and choosing Account Settings > Manage plan > Leave Smarty, to get your PAC.
